The bricks thrown at Stonewall in '69 were acts of defiance against a system that sought to erase and criminalize LGBTQ+ lives.
Today, under the current administration, the hard-won victories of the LGBTQ+ community are under relentless attack yet again.

In the First 100 Days
This administration has already enacted the rollbacks of Nondiscrimination Protections, restricting Gender-Affirming Care, redefined Gender Markers, attacked Transgender Rights in education and sports, changed Federal Data Collection and Language, and Removed LGBTQ+ Resources from government websites.

Right Wing legislators and the conservative majority of the Supreme Court, both largely influenced by Christian Nationalism and the rhetoric inscribed in Project 2025, have indicated the next target could be the reversal of Marriage Equality.
